2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of mh367 services, you are required to register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Notify mh367 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Ensuring that all personal information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date whenever changes occur.
  • All activity that takes place on your account, whether carried out by you or by a third party due to your negligence.

Mh367 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for security and compliance purposes. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or closure.

  • Disrupting or attempting to compromise the security or functionality of mh367's systems.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.

All financial transactions on the mh367 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are their own and have been obtained lawfully. mh367 reserves the right to decline or suspend any suspicious transaction without providing a reason.

A few important points regarding payments:

  • Deposits are processed via local payment methods supported by the platform. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
  • Mh367 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Any bonus or promotional amounts are subject to specific wagering requirements stated alongside the offer before they may be withdrawn.
  • Users should carefully review the amount before confirming any transaction, as confirmed transactions cannot be reversed.

5. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Mh367 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification, or at the request of law enforcement authorities.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, mh367 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending an ongoing investigation. Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may contact customer support to request a review.

Mh367's liability is limited as follows:
